What I actually do is, I’m trying to deeply understand one business (video production) and then build a product that helps them (video production teams). The challenge is that I need to be strong in both worlds - startups and video production. On one side, I have to run our own business (technology, AI, software, website, cloud, design, marketing, content, users, analytics, SEO, etc.). On the other side, I need to understand the wonderful video industry.
